Account information: your email address, account identifier and sign-in details needed to create and secure your account.

Fitness and progress information: workouts, challenges, plans, goals, activity, steps, water, calories, food and nutrition logs, fasting activity and progress entries you choose to record.

Body and profile information: age, height, gender, activity level, weight history, goal weight, body measurements and calculated information such as calorie targets, BMI or estimated body-fat percentage.

Wellness information: sleep, mood, energy, notes, menstrual-cycle dates, flow and symptoms that you choose to enter. This can be sensitive personal information, so only enter information you are comfortable keeping in the app.

Optional content: progress photos and links to personal or exercise videos that you add.

Transactions and support: purchase, subscription and booking records; appointment details or notes; and the name, email address and message you provide through Feedback & Support.

Basic usage information: pages viewed, a randomly generated visitor identifier, account identifier when signed in, and the website that referred you to Sculpt Fitness. We use this to understand visits and improve the app.

Many tracker entries—including profile settings, weight, measurements, daily activity, nutrition, wellness and cycle information, plans, goals, and optional progress photos or video links—are stored in your browser or app storage on your device. They may not automatically move to another device.

Account, subscription, purchase, booking, challenge progress, feedback and page-view records are stored in our secure cloud systems. Information stored on your device remains there until you clear it, remove the app or browser data, or replace it through the app. Clearing device data may permanently remove those entries.

We use information to provide and personalise app features, calculate fitness and nutrition guidance, display progress, manage memberships and purchases, arrange sessions, answer support requests, protect accounts, prevent abuse, understand app performance and meet legal or financial obligations.

Sculpt Fitness provides general fitness and wellness information and is not a medical service. We do not use wellness entries to diagnose or treat a medical condition, and you should seek qualified medical advice when needed.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health or wellness entries for third-party advertising.

Cloud hosting and account services store and protect account and cloud-based app records. Payment services such as Stripe process card payments, subscriptions and billing; Sculpt Fitness does not receive your full card number.

Open Food Facts provides product information when you look up a barcode. Lovable AI supports Sasha features when you choose to send a question or request. Amazon may receive information when you open an affiliate product link, and Sculpt Fitness may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase. Google supplies the fonts used by the web app.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms. We share only what is reasonably needed to provide the feature, complete a transaction, keep the service secure or comply with law.

We keep cloud account and service records while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the app, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting or legal duties. Payment and transaction records may need to be retained after an account closes. Feedback and usage records are kept only while useful for support, safety or improvement.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including controlled access and encrypted connections. No online service can promise absolute security.

You can ask us to delete your account and cloud-held personal information through Feedback & Support or by emailing us. We will verify your identity before acting. Some records may be retained where required by law. Device-only tracker information must also be removed from each device by clearing the app or browser data or uninstalling the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of, restrict or object to the use of, or delete your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing and complain to your local data-protection authority.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may ask for information to confirm that the request relates to you. We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law.

Sculpt Fitness is not intended for children under 13. Young people should use fitness and nutrition features with appropriate adult and professional guidance. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us.

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its effective date.
